We operate on a made-to-order model, meaning your shirt is created after you place your order—not sitting in a warehouse. This allows us to keep quality high, reduce waste, and keep our designs fresh and fun.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order—like “wear it every game” love it.

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for reasons like:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect quantity selected at checkout

👉 Please double check your order before purchasing.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Or with a manufacturing defect

We’ve got you covered.

Please email us within 21 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund—no need to return the item.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem—we’ll help you out.

We accept exchanges if:

  • The request is made within 21 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn and unwashed

How it works:

  1. Email us at thedinkdinkco@gmail.com
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
  3. You’ll send the item back (return shipping not included)
  4. We’ll ship out your new size once received

📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are made-to-order and typically take:

  • 2–5 business days for production
  • Plus standard shipping time depending on your location

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your address.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility
  • Please order ahead of time if you need your item by a certain date

📍 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or delayed:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) to file a claim
